We provide people with impaired mobility access to all areas of buildings right across the UK. We’ve been doing so single-mindedly since 1975, and the roots of our business can be traced back a further 125 years. EquiLift’s strength lies in our independence from the restrictions of one manufacturer’s range of lifts. We’re proud of our long association with LEIA, the lifting industry’s governing body, whose code of practice we strictly adhere to.

Independence lies at the heart of what we do; independence of choice to specify the most effective lifting solution irrespective of manufacturer. The lifts we design, install and service are practical, efficient and modern; they meet EU technical standards. And that results in greater independence of movement throughout a building for its occupants and visitors.

A WELL CHOSEN RANGE

EquiLift’s range of lifts have been selected from the best of Europe’s manufacturers. All allow buildings to comply with the DDA (the Tangent does not) and Part M of the building regulations. In many instances they exceed statutory guidelines and provide the answer to anything from a rise of a few steps (we even have a portable lift ideal for hire and temporary applications) up to 12m.
